The New England News Collaborative is a regional hub of nine public media stations in the Northeast working together to coordinate news coverage, share reporting and advance best practices in all aspects of journalism.

We believe diversity in newsrooms — and in the stories we tell — strengthens our public media mission to inform and empower communities with trusted, accessible news.

NENC is a 2023 Lead Villager of Think.Public.Media, a coalition of public media organizations offering career opportunities and support to talented journalists.

We are a member station of PBS and NPR, and parent company for Connecticut Public Radio (WNPR) and three television stations: Connecticut Public Television (CPTV); CPTV Spirit; and PBS Kids 24/7.
